We’re starting this recipe page with something a little *fancy* for you, but these puff pastries were just too delicious not to share. They were easy to make, as long as you can get your hands on some good escargot! The only equipment needed are a cupcake tin and a circle cookie-cutter, about 3 inches diameter. 4 inches will certainly do, but keep in mind the pastry will puff up a bunch during the baking process and you don’t want to overpower the flavor of the filling! Any of the Hot Kiss salts can be used for this recipe, depending on your heat tolerance. Enjoy!!
