Close to the Appalachian trail we stumbled onto a small forest farm. Specialty: peppers. Not just any peppers but multitudes of peppers, pre-columbian peppers, peppers from the early Americas and new hybrids and peppers sourced from around the world! The site was green and beautiful and they referred to it as “beyond organic” using no pesticides, herbicides or even commercial fertilizers.
We ate many peppers that day and filled our souls. And decided to share this with the world. And so Hot Kiss Salt Company was born. We are offering sriracha infused salt with three levels of heat to please the beginner on the pepper journey to the crazy-hot pepper lovers.
